5 stars *****

Every since the age of eight she loved him. At the age of eighteen she gave her heart and self to him. Then he drove her away and left for boot camp. Wedding Bells for her brother, Drannon brings her back home to North Dakota. She has been away eighteen years and only came home for the funerals of her foster parents, Abe and Sera. She loved them both dearly. She was always afraid to see Vin again. Now that she has come back she can’t avoid seeing him. Vin is determined to get Lauren back. He had to leave or go to jail for theft and he thought she would be better off. Some unusal happenings at the ranch throw these two together again. The wedding gets rained out and then it rains and rains flooding a lot of people and property out including a large part of their ranch. Family hangs together and when there is problems the good comes out in all. This is a lovely story, however it does contain sex scenes and some profanity so it isn’t for all and it should be read by adults over eighteen.
